<VAR>buf</VAR>: [out] points to a buffer where to store the signal set.

<H3>DESCRIPTION</H3>

Retreives the set of pending signals.
<P>
<H3>RETURN VALUE</H3>
<P>
On success, returns zero. On error, returns -1 and <CODE>errno</CODE> is set
to <CODE>EFAULT</CODE>.
