Andrew Gallant 13faa39b66 deps: update all dependencies within semver ...

Note that this adds a new dependency, 'unicode-ident', and removes
'unicode-xid'. I looked briefly at 'unicode-ident' and all looks okay.
It is also permissively licensed.
